The resort restaurant with timber tables and a window onto the orchard
Dining

Mountain appetite, Hunza kitchen.

Organic, locally sourced cooking, much of it from our own gardens, served beside a granite wall or out on the terrace with the peaks for company.

The restaurant

Stone, timber and the smell of fresh bread.

Our dining room is built around a hand-laid granite wall, lit by woven lanterns and set with long walnut-toned tables. Big windows look straight out over the orchard, so breakfast always comes with a view.

The menu follows the valley and our own organic fruit and vegetable gardens: apricots, walnuts, mulberries and cherries in season, wheat breads baked fresh, and hearty dishes made for cool mountain evenings. Breakfast is complimentary for every room, and we are happy to cook for dietary needs. Just tell us when you book.
